Rimani One ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered marketing and business growth platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

- Account information: name, email address, business profile details you provide.
- Information from Google Sign-In: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and Google profile identifier as authorized by you.
- Email address access: we use your email address to authenticate you, send service notifications, and (with your consent) marketing communications you may unsubscribe from at any time.
- Google Calendar access: if you grant Calendar permissions, we read and write calendar events solely to schedule the marketing actions, content, and reminders you generate in Rimani One. We do not read unrelated calendar data, and we do not share calendar contents with third parties.
- Content you create: prompts, generated content, campaigns, contacts and opportunities you create or import.
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser, and basic usage analytics to operate and secure the service.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve Rimani One.
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To generate, schedule and deliver the content and campaigns you request.
- To send transactional emails and, with your consent, product updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in Rimani One. We do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not allow humans to read it unless we have your explicit consent, it is needed for security, to comply with law, or for debugging where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
4. Data Storage and Protection
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted using role-based access controls and row-level security. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
5. Revoking Access
You may revoke Rimani One's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may also delete your account and associated data from within the app or by emailing us at the address below.
6. No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
7. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate Rimani One (such as hosting, database, email delivery, AI model providers, and payment processors), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, or when required by law.
