These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rimani One (the "Service"), operated by Rimani Designs. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Rimani One is an AI-powered platform that helps business owners create marketing content, generate leads, run campaigns, manage opportunities, schedule activities and follow up with customers. Features include AI generators, growth strategy tools, integrations with messaging and calendar tools, and analytics. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may evolve over time.

2. Accounts and User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including content you publish or send through connected channels.
• You must comply with all laws applicable to your use of the Service and any third-party platforms you connect.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, deceptive, unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to violate the terms of any connected platform (e.g. Google, Meta, WhatsApp).

4. Subscription and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content created by us, is owned by Rimani Designs and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you provide and of original content generated for you by the Service, subject to our underlying rights in the platform. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google, social platforms, messaging providers, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rimani One and Rimani Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for prolonged inactivity. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rimani Designs is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
